MATERIALS & MACHINING

Materials & Machining Options

Custom CNC mounting plates can be machined in various materials with different hole patterns, locating features, and surface finishes based on your drawings.

01 / MATERIALS

Material Options

Aluminum: 6061, 6082, 7075
Stainless Steel: 304, 316
Steel: 1045, 4140
Other: Engineering plastics upon request.

02 / MACHINING

Machining Features

CNC milling, drilling, tapping, counterboring, countersinking, slots, pockets, and multi-sided features as required.

03 / PRECISION

Tolerances & Flatness

Hole positioning, flatness, parallelism, mounting surfaces, and critical dimensions are reviewed against your drawing. Precision tolerances down to ±0.01 mm where applicable.

04 / FINISHING

Surface Finishes

As-machined, anodizing, bead blasting, passivation, black oxide, and plating depending on the material and application.

Engineering Review Before Production

For mounting plates, please identify critical hole positions, flatness requirements, material grade, and any precision locating features. Thin plates or large pocketed areas may require additional evaluation for machining distortion.
